As a direct result of the comments received, Freedom One has launched several new initiatives.  Please keep the feedback coming! 

At Freedom One, Service Excellence is our guiding principal.  We want to be the best at what we do.  We also want to improve our products and services with each new day.  In order to achieve continued improvement, we are critically dependant upon feedback from our valued clients.   As a result, we started sending short surveys via email in November, 2006.

We ask questions about satisfaction levels regarding the investment menu, our enrollment and education process, our live operator client services center, etc.  While we were pleased to see the great majority of the comments received positive, we were even happier to receive some terrific suggestions for improvement.  As a direct result of the comments received, Freedom 401(k) clients noticed enhancements on their 3/31/07 participant 401(k) statements.
