 | | Mark Wayne | President & CEO
| | Mr. Wayne founded Freedom One Financial Group in 1988 with a strategy of providing excellence in the delivery and servicing of corporate retirement plans. Previously, Mr. Wayne was the marketing manager for Durakon Industries in Lapeer, Michigan. He attended Oakland University, Oxford University (England), and Harvard University before graduating from the University of Michigan with four majors (business, economics, political science, and communications). Mr. Wayne is currently a member of the Detroit Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization. Additionally, he is past president of the Michigan Delta Foundation, past honoree of Crain’s Detroit Business’ annual “40 Under 40” award, and a member and regular speaker for the American Society of Pension Actuaries, the Society of Professional Administrators and Recordkeepers, and the Financial Planning Association. |

 | | Donald I. Gregg |
Vice President, Investment Advisory Services
| | Mr. Gregg has over 30 years in the investment management business and previously served as President of Pension Portfolio Advisors (PPA), Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Maccabees Life Insurance Company. At PPA, Mr. Gregg ran the Spectrum Series, a manager-of-managers program comprised of eight distinct investment styles. He is a frequent speaker at investment seminars such as the Investment Management Institute and the Callan Institute. Mr. Gregg graduated from Gettysburg College and completed the Executive Management program offered at Amos Tuck, the Graduate School of Business at Dartmouth University. |

 | | Joseph Krajacic | Vice President,

| | Mr. Krajacic joined the company in 1995. With over 16 years in the pension industry, Mr. Krajacic previously served as Financial and Operations Principal of Royal Maccabees Securities Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Royal Maccabees Life Insurance Company. Mr. Krajacic graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BBA and a major in accounting, and Wayne State University with an MBA and a concentration in finance. |

| | Mr. Young joined the company in 2003 with over 23 years of financial services experience in the General Motors family, in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Young has filled many roles throughout his career from sales representative to most recently that of Board Member and Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing of a GM-owned third party administration company. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, product development, alternative distribution channels, and managing accelerated and profitable growth. He is a former Dale Carnegie Instructor and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. |

| Julie Tabish |
Vice President, Corporate Operations
| | Mrs. Tabish joined the company in 2005 with over 10 years experience in accounting and finance. Mrs. Tabish began her career in the consulting industry working for Price Waterhouse Cooper and Arthur Andersen providing due diligence services for mergers and acquisitions. After leaving the consulting industry, she spent four years in the finance department at Limited Brands preparing financial analysis and implementing cost savings initiatives. Mrs. Tabish received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Business Management and Accounting. Mrs. Tabish also successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant exam in Pennsylvania. |

years of experience in the financial services
industry. Ms. McNeir began her career in sales
and worked for Draper
Automotive for five years and then moved on to Prudential Financial

| Roberta Angelo |
Vice President, Client Relations

Ms. Angelo joined the company in 2003. With over 10
years in the pension industry, Ms. Angelo’s
background includes client relationship management,
plan design, balance forward recordkeeping, daily
valuation recordkeeping, administration, and plan
compliance. Ms. Angelo earned a bachelor’s degree in
Mathematics from Oakland University and went on to
participate in the Education and Examination Program
offered by the American Society of Pension
Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). ASPPA has
awarded Ms. Angelo the professional designations of
‘Qualified Pension Administrator’ and ‘Qualified
401(k) Administrator.’ |
