Our Hiring Process
Prospective employees can expect an initial telephone screening, then typically two face-to-face interviews. The interviews are conducted by the human resources manager and the hiring manager. Other peers or colleagues may also be included. Prospects will also undergo a behavioral trait and evaluation survey along with a position based assignment.
Prospects selected for employment will receive a telephone call and written employment proposal via the mail for review and acceptance. Candidates who have been interviewed and not selected for employment at Freedom One will receive written notification from the human resources department.
