CLIENT SERVICE MODEL
We have three main points of service for each of our clients.
- The
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) deals directly with the plan trustees, fiduciaries, and/or committee members who make 401(k) plan decisions.
- The
Retirement Consultant (RC) meets individually with each employee and is on-site a minimum of two times per year, per location. Their role is to make sure employees are educated about the options in their 401(k) plan and are enrolled into the program. They are also very service oriented and are available to participants to assist them with other financial service needs.
-
Client Services
is your contact for both employees
who have questions, as well as the main administrative contact for the office/business managers who are operating the day-to-day components of the plan.
