Retirement Consultant

Seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals with 1-2 years experience in the financial services industry to provide retirement plan services to Freedom One’s existing 401(k) plan participants.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations
• Conduct group presentations
• Conduct one-on-one retirement planning consultations
• Provide retirement education to participants
• Complete reports in a timely manner
• Uncover opportunities for other financial services
• Follow up warm source leads generated from our existing 401(k) plans
• Close financial services business to meet established goals
• Attend weekly training meetings

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years experience in the financial services industry
• Comfortable with facilitating group presentations and conducting one-on-one participant enrollments
• Knowledge of retirement investment vehicles such as annuities and mutual funds
• Licenses - 6, 63, Life, Health, Variable Contracts
• Willing to travel
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good people skills

Education:

• High school graduate or higher
• College is a plus
• Industry training and experience

Salary:

• Base plus commission
