Investment Analyst
Retirement Consultant
Investment Analyst
Seeking an individual to
lead a team of investment analysts who conduct research and provide
investment analysis and recommendations in support of the Chief Investment
Officer, members of Senior Management, clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:

Coordination and daily management of work flow, systems and staff
-
Review prospectuses, check all resources for fund news, and prepare
quarterly fund fact sheets
-
Monitor fund status/changes for existing funds
-
Oversee existing and potential fund manager relations including
initiating conference calls and facilitating on-site visits
-
Develop and present recommendations to investment committee
-
Compile data and analysis to support 401(k) and IRA sales processes
-
Prepare reports and analysis on current market trends/hot topics with
executive summaries for CIO and Senior Management
Required Skills:
-
Proven experience in developing and presenting investment analysis to
sophisticated institutional investors
-
Experience in completing on-going mutual fund performance due diligence
for 401(k) and high net-worth individuals
-
Results oriented leader with hands on management style
-
Consistent record of decision making ability to optimize efficiencies
-
Ability to work in quick changing environment with focus on continuous
improvement

Excellent oral and written communication skill
Education:
-
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Math
-
CFA Charter required
-
7+ years of investment experience
-
Knowledge of Zephyr StyleADVISOR a plus

Retirement Consultant
Seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals with 1-2 years
experience in the financial services industry to provide retirement plan
services to Freedom One’s existing 401(k) plan participants.
Responsibilities:
Travel
to client locations
Conduct group presentations
Conduct one-on-one retirement planning consultations
Provide retirement education to participants
Complete reports in a timely manner
Uncover opportunities for other financial services
Follow up warm source leads generated from our existing 401(k) plans
Close financial services business to meet established goals
Attend weekly training meetings
Required Skills: -

years experience in the financial services industry

Comfortable with facilitating group presentations and conducting
one-on-one participant enrollments

Knowledge of retirement investment vehicles such as annuities and mutual
funds
